When I got up in the morning a cow elk was grazing near the the rig.
We packed up and headed north to Mile Zero at Dawson Creek. Started north on the Bighorn Hwy (40). Spectacular views along the way ( sorry didn't take any pics) . Turned west at Grande Prairie. So we went from mountains to prairie in a matter of miles. We got to Dawson Creek mid afternoon and immediately took Zac to the town dog park, which was an old ball diamond covert to dog park. Zac got his YaYa's out. Then on to the Mile Zero RV park. Nice place. Today we are just going check out the town and do some shopping. Tomorrow is on to the Ft Nelson area.
Checked out Dawson Creek; interesting town. Zac got to go to the dog park again, but it is hot 95+.
Sat in the shade of our Batwing and watched the ESPN stat feed of the Fever's game. Tomorrow may only be in the upper 80s.
