Day #16
Rest day in Columbus, NM
We are staying at an abandon school building. Generally a nice place, but does lack hot water (we had to go to Poncho Villa St Pk to shower a mile down the road)
Spent the day cleaning our bikes and going to the Dollar Store to buy some this and thats. Also reorganizing my bags. There has been a problem with Goat Heads around the grounds; several flats,but not ours.
Lynn intends to start riding again tomorrow; I think she could have yesterday, but she avoided our longest mileage day (92).
I' too lazy today to take photos----more to come tomorrow---maybe.
