Got up to a cold and breezy morning of about 45. Showered and took off.
Drove from our RV park in Healy to Talkeetna (the town "Northern Exposure" is based on). What a tourist trap!!!!
This was one of the most beautiful drives we have had on this trip. The weather cleared and we had about 60+ miles of views of Denali. Made it to Talkeetna and tried to not run over all the tourists in town. We checked out the air service we will be using to fly around Denali tomorrow. Then it was off our camp at another nice Alaskan Rec Service site that is next to an apparently popular fishing creek - Montana Creek.
