Conditions: Started warm ; never got hot , but strong head wings much of the day esp the last 10 miles over the causeway and bridge

Notes: Some what "normal" day of riding. Nothing real hard except the head wind near the end of the ride. One more state line crossed; so we are in Alabama for the next two days (0nly one day of riding with a rest day)The last ~10 miles was along the marsh land and bridge connecting Dauphin Island with the main land where the winds were brutal!
